La Canada Realtor's Caravan

Every Tuesday Realtors get together and tour the new listings of the week.  In the old days (which I am old enough to remember, thank you very much), we did not have a the MLS.  Heck there weren't even computers  back then!

The Realtors would gather in a meeting hall with mimeograph copies of their new listings and everyone would take a sheet and put it in their three ring binders.  This binder was the only record of what homes were on the market.

Each Realtor would talk a bit about why their listing was great and then everyone would pile into cars and literally follow each other from house to house.  A few of the wealthier Realtor Associations had vans or buses.

Today, we have the MLS and laptop computers and virtual tours... but there is NOTHING like seeing  the home with your own eyes.  So, every week we gather, talk about why our listings are great and then follow a list to see the homes of the week.  I do this 2-3 mornings a week.

The videos and still you've been treated to lately is a redsult of whaever interests me on these tours.  Maybe one of them is right for you or maybe, like me, you just like seeing what is  behind that  door.  Enjoy!

By far, my favorite of the caravan
